About me

Life is an adventure and travel offers a unique experience on this journey. Having caught the travel bug at a young age, it made sense for me to combine my passion for helping people with travel medicine.

I completed my medical training in Quebec City at Laval University in 2010 and graduated from Family Medicine Residency at Montreal University in 2013. I practiced family medicine in Ottawa for eight years and during this time, I did additional training in travel medicine. I obtained my Certificate in Travel Health through the International Society of Travel Medicine in 2015 and have over five years experience in travel medicine consultations.

Being a parent has given me insight into the difficulties families face especially when traveling internationally. As a traveler, I have experienced illness and the unexpected, but more importantly, amazing experiences and discoveries. I hope to share this knowledge with you, the traveler, and make your upcoming trip a healthy and memorable one.
